Our Graduate Analyst role offers the opportunity to start and grow your career at Baringa. As a permanent member of our team from day one, you'll work on a variety of real client and internal projects, develop valuable skills, and make a meaningful contribution from the outset.

We work with leading manufacturers across automotive, aerospace & defence, industrial engineering and advanced manufacturing, helping them improve performance, build resilience and deliver sustainable growth through practical, hands-on transformation.
