ProcJet Ltd | Remote | Flexible Working | Commission-Based Partnership

Contract Type: Self-Employed / Independent Contractor

Remuneration: Commission Only, No Fixed Salary

This is a commission-based business development partnership opportunity, not a salaried employment position. Earnings will be linked to successfully secured business, with commission terms agreed in advance. The role is best suited to experienced professionals with established industry relationships who are confident in their ability to generate genuine commercial opportunities.

    Procuring for Global Energy Projects

ProcJet Ltd is a UK-based procurement and supply chain solutions company supporting the energy, oil & gas, utilities, industrial and infrastructure sectors across the UK and international markets.

We specialise in UK and European material sourcing, specialist equipment supply, OEM and obsolete spare parts, project procurement support, expediting, inspection coordination and supply chain services.

Through our growing network of manufacturers, specialist suppliers and technical partners, we help clients source critical equipment and materials, address complex procurement challenges and support project delivery.

As we expand our presence in the UK market, we are seeking an experienced Business Development Partner who can help us establish new client relationships, identify genuine commercial opportunities and grow our business.

Your Focus as a Business Development Partner

Your primary responsibility will be to leverage your existing industry network and commercial experience to introduce ProcJet to potential customers and convert opportunities into business.

    Your activities will include:

    • Identifying and developing new business opportunities across the UK energy, oil & gas, utilities, EPC, industrial and infrastructure sectors.

    • Leveraging established relationships with operators, EPC contractors, engineering companies, procurement teams and industrial end users.

    • Introducing ProcJet to decision-makers and arranging meetings with prospective clients.

    • Identifying live procurement requirements, projects, tenders and specialist equipment sourcing opportunities.

    • Supporting client engagement, commercial discussions and the conversion of enquiries into purchase orders.

    • Working closely with ProcJet's management team to develop and progress qualified opportunities.

    • Building long-term customer relationships and identifying opportunities for repeat business.

    What We Look For

We are particularly interested in commercially driven individuals who already have an established professional network within the UK industrial and energy markets.

    Ideally, you will bring:

    • Proven business development or commercial experience in energy, oil & gas, utilities, EPC, industrial supply or infrastructure sectors.

    • Strong existing relationships with procurement managers, project managers, engineering contractors, operators or other key decision-makers.

    • A demonstrated ability to identify and convert genuine commercial opportunities.

    • Experience introducing suppliers or service providers to new clients and developing accounts.

    • Good commercial awareness and an understanding of industrial procurement and supply chain requirements.

    • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

    • A proactive, independent and results-focused approach.

We value established industry relationships and demonstrated commercial results more than formal qualifications.

    Your Working Environment

This is an independent, self-employed business development partnership, rather than a traditional salaried employment position.

    The arrangement offers:

    • Remote working from anywhere in the UK.

    • Flexible working hours, allowing you to manage your own business development activities.

    • Commission-based remuneration linked to successfully secured business, with terms agreed in advance.

    • Direct engagement with ProcJet's management team.

    • Access to ProcJet's supplier network, technical capabilities, company profile and commercial support.

    • The opportunity to build a long-term commercial relationship as the business grows.

The partnership will be structured around mutually agreed commercial objectives, performance indicators and results, without a fixed salary.

    Your First Months at ProcJet

During the initial three-month partnership period, the focus will be on establishing a productive commercial relationship and developing a pipeline of qualified opportunities.

    You will:

    • Become familiar with ProcJet's services, capabilities and target markets.

    • Identify prospective customers and opportunities within your existing professional network.

    • Facilitate introductions and meetings with relevant commercial and procurement decision-makers.

    • Develop a pipeline of qualified enquiries, procurement requirements and potential projects.

    • Work with ProcJet's management team to progress opportunities through quotation and commercial discussions.

    • Review progress against mutually agreed objectives and explore opportunities for a longer-term partnership.
