    Position Summary 

    We are seeking a high-performing In-Home Sales Advisor to help homeowners solve drain and sewer issues through permanent pipe rehabilitation solutions including epoxy coating and CIPP lining. This is a consultative, lead-provided sales role with strong income potential. 

    What You’ll Do 

    · Meet customers in-home following technician diagnosis 

    · Review camera footage and explain pipe conditions 

    · Present Good / Better / Best solutions 

    · Close same-day sales whenever possible 

    Close & Convert Opportunities 

    · Build trust and urgency using visuals 

    · Offer financing options 

    · Maintain high close rates on provided leads 

    Collaboration 

    · Work with drain technicians for smooth handoffs 

    · Communicate job scope with installation teams 

    Documentation & Follow-Up 

    · Enter estimates and notes in ServiceTitan 

    · Follow up on open estimates 

    Compensation & Opportunity 

    · Uncapped commission structure 

    · High earning potential ($100K–$200K+) 

    · Pre-qualified leads provided 

    Requirements 

    · In-home sales experience preferred 

    · Experience with high-ticket sales ($10K+) 

    · Strong communication and closing skills
