  • About the Role

Join a SaaS product engineering team building AI-powered tools for certification, inspection, and compliance workflows. You will work directly with customer operations to turn real-world processes into reliable software that improves how these workflows are carried out.

    What You'll Do

    • Work alongside customers to understand how certification, inspection, and compliance processes operate in practice.

    • Lead customer calls, write product specifications, and build full-stack systems from user interface through backend, data model, and AI components.

    • Own product areas from discovery through production delivery, collaborating directly with company founders.

    • Ship software quickly, observe how customers use it, and refine it based on feedback.

    • Use judgment to distinguish customer requests that apply broadly from those that are specific to one workflow.

    • Analyze customer documents and real-world outputs to develop AI-enabled workflows for scheduling, technical review, conformity assessment, field inspection, and document intelligence.

    What We're Looking For

    • Three to six years of software or product engineering experience, with a record of building and shipping production systems.

    • Full-stack development skills, including Python backend services, TypeScript, React or a similar modern frontend framework, and data modeling.

    • Experience integrating AI or machine learning systems into production products, including LLMs or document intelligence.

    • Experience building products or systems from the ground up, ideally in an early-stage or founding engineering environment.

    • Comfort working directly with customers and translating operational needs into durable software.

    • Strong technical fundamentals and the ability to work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.

    Compensation & Benefits

Base salary: £100,000 to £160,000 annually. UK visa sponsorship is available.

    Location

On-site, five days per week in London, United Kingdom.
