We've supporting a digital and business transformation consultancy. They're looking for Manager / Senior Consultant to support the implementation of a new operating model and organisation design within an enterprise-scale AI function. The role will focus on translating the target design into practical ways of working, governance and change activity.

Tasks

Support the implementation of the new operating model and organisation design
Define and embed governance, roles, responsibilities and ways of working
Drive change activity and stakeholder engagement to support adoption

Requirements

An independent consultant
Operating model design and/or implementation experience
Experience in change management, transformation or organisational change
Ideally, experience working with AI, product or technology teams
